I was able to upgrade the database to Postgres 11 and get PartKeepr working using this method. Luckily it seems that making this change to pk/vendor/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Schema/PostgreSqlSchemaManager.php fixes the issue: This breaks PartKeepr's database library.
